Redesigning Settly’s Website: Clarity, Identity & Conversion

The Challenge

Settly is all about making global relocations smoother, but their website wasn’t doing them justice. The outdated design and unclear messaging made it hard for visitors to understand what the company actually did. This led to a low conversion rate and user feedback that pointed to confusion rather than clarity. It was time for a change.

My Role & Approach

As a designer, my goal was to create a fresh, user-friendly experience that truly reflected Settly’s identity. I started by analyzing user feedback and conversion data to identify pain points. Then, through benchmarking and wireframing, I redefined the structure, focusing on intuitive navigation and a more engaging way to tell Settly’s story.

Key Design Decisions

A stronger visual identity: I redesigned the site with a fresh, modern look that aligned with Settly’s brand.

Custom illustrations & icons: Instead of generic visuals, I crafted unique icons to enhance the brand’s personality and make navigation more intuitive.

Optimized user flow: I structured key pages to guide visitors smoothly through Settly’s services, improving both understanding and engagement.

Conversion-driven layouts: Specific pages were designed with clear CTAs to boost sign-ups and inquiries.

The Impact

  • Conversion rates increased by 43%.
  • Higher-quality leads started coming in.
  • Users spent more time exploring the site.
  • Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many mentioning how easy and inviting the experience felt.
